The
Good Will Institute Hospice are continued United Way Community Impact Partners, and as such, are able to receive referrals on your Un-insured or Medicaid pending hospice patients at this time.

We can take one patient at a time from your facility, and it is on a first come, first serve basis.  We hope to be able to provide needed hospice care to as many as possible with these funds, so please pass the word on!

There are three (3) requirements which must be met for each grant recipient:

  • They have a home-(care can be given in a home, nursing home, assisted living facility, or FEMA trailer),
  • They have a caregiver,
  • They are within our 50-mile service area in Louisiana, including St. Tammany, Orleans, St. Bernard, Jefferson and parts of Washington and Plaquemines parishes.

Through this opportunity, Good Will Institute Hospice is able to work towards meeting our mission of serving the under-served and un-insured.  We know how important hospice care is, and we want to be able to assist you as you also work to provide hospice care to those who need it the most.
